Roberts communication skills are horrible. If you disagree with him and hurt his feelings he clams up and hides in his turtle shell and hopes all goes away.
Robert gets overwhelms with details and doesn't seem to prioritize as a professional should. Or you would expect him to, but he is not a professional. All he is is an artist that couldn't make it and had to learn CAD.
Of all the services he states above, he does only about 10% of them and would punt to someone else to take responsibility.
Worst experience ever. Again, Robert doesn't reply to emails, texts or phone calls. His voicemail tells you to send an email. Again should have read into that, that he isn't capable of verbally communicating with people and would rather hide behind his keyboard and screen.
