I have designed more than one thousand distinguished custom homes during my career. These homes have been true custom homes in that they were each designed to my customers' specifications. The original plans for these homes were given to the customer and not resold time and time again, as is often the case with other home designers. Because my customers' homes are unique, they can truly call them their own. He is very flexible and turnaround time for changes are quick. I would definitely recommend him. Also the pricing is very reasonable. I've used many other draftsman in the past and either didn't like the time frame it took to turn a blueprint around or it just didn't seem like they were on the same page as me or my customers. The thing I like about Barry is that he is very personable, You can tell that Barry really loves what field he is in. His prices are very competetive. He is very creative as well. We have worked together on several spec home blueprints that my company builds over and over, Barry couldn't possibly get any more useful footage out of these homes. My customers love the floor plans and how much useable space there is as well as how the home flows. It;s like the old saying, "You've tried the rest, now try the best" you will not be disappointed.
