Parametrik FX is a full-service residential document production service that specializes in BIM (Building Information Model). Many homeowners and builders seek our services because we not only have the qualifications necessary to prepare quality construction documents, but we also allow the owner the opportunity to inspect every detail of the live model. Additional services include material lists, renderings, energy audits and sun studies. The vast majority of our work is custom homes. Our clients and projects, however, have been varied, including commercial remodels and expansions, a 75-unit apartment complex, interior design plans, several vacation homes and historical renovations.
